❥ stroll cats and dogs will become adoptable at affection level 10. this means they will move to your house, just like all the cats you've gotten from catcha capsules, journal story mode, et cetera.❥ other stroll animals will just randomly appear in your house and yard every now and then, after raising their affection level to 10. they won't stay permanently, like cats and dogs.
